Mr Rankawat’s Penthouse
4500 sq ft of Mr Rankawat’s residence in Gurgaon was quite a challenge in terms of structure and incorporating all his existing furniture, furnishings and pool table. The existing cramped staircase was broken down to be replaced by a spacious one which looked an integral part of the interiors. the house boasts of an interesting semi formal relaxation lounge with a snooker table, book rack and a bar which exudes lot warmth through use of outdoor finishes on walls and abundant daylight.
