4500 sq ft of Mr Rankawat's residence in Gurgaon was quite a challenge in terms of structure and incorporating all his existing furniture, furnishings and pool table. The existing cramped staircase was broken down to be replaced by a spacious one which looked an integral part of the interiors. the house boasts of an interesting semi formal relaxation lounge with a snooker table, book rack and a bar which exudes lot warmth through use of outdoor finishes on walls and abundant daylight.
Ozone Display Center For Xebec
Ozone, an architectural hardware solution company designed and upgraded its modular systems and the display centers at Kirti Nagar, New Delhi, Khandsa ,Bangalore and Jaipur. Maintaining the blue corporate color and reflecting their work through use of steel tiles in the interiors, bold graphics revamped the spaces ranging from areas 4000 sq ft to 11000 sq ft.
White Oyster,Abohar.
The interesting play of levels in the design is visible in the form of terraces from outside. The use of huge skylight in the lounge which is connected through dining and living through an open plan and separated through levels keeps the house well washed with sun and connected with nature while also providing it a courtyard feel of yesteryears.
DR Fruit Co. Residence,Abohar.
The adjacent residences of two brothers vary in their style but share a common bond of designer spaces and a wall. The plot area of 2500 sq ft each and requirement of sprawling but closely interconnected spaces was met through use of mezzanine for living room in the central house and for the child's room in the corner house. Standing proud for their space efficiency and a spacious feel, their look is enhanced by use of creepers and planters.

Situated amongst the colonnades of Connaught Place, New Delhi,this 10000 sq. ft. NIIT Centre is their prestigious project and their model Centre .This project is the pioneer in the journey of NIIT's reinvention. The three functional divisions of the site namely the hospitable counseling area,the crisp classrooms and the sunlit workplace overlooking the Gulmohar tree and the skyline of CP intertwine into each other yet are segregated by the diagonal division of the dynamically shaped site. Frequented by young and energetic crowd, this learning centre and workplace guides you through a visually cohesive route.
NIIT,Kalkaji,New Delhi
Located in a complex, little away from the hustle-bustle of Kalkaji, this office comprises three functions-serving as alternative office for two NIIT Directors, Neemrana University admission office and office for NIIT Foundation. The client sought "earthy aesthetics" for their premises.The design was to integrate NIIT's traditional roots with its forward look ethos.The entrance gives a warm welcome to the young student, infuses pride in the NIIT foundation worker and provides an efficient working space for the Directors in cabins with the backdrop of exposed brick wall, adorning the same red hue as of the sprawling NU campus.

Continuing with the fervour of re-inventing spaces, NIIT Sector-34 decided to give the work spaces a fresher look and accomodate a range of atmosphere and spaces while adding to the number of sea The major chunk of carpet, lights, services were to be retained along with the meeting islands. Access Design integrated the three floors using the banished space of "the well" as "an atrium." The atrium acts as an activator of the entire space and binds all the floors with a green wall, extended balconies and fosters informal communication on ground floor.
